HANSA-FLEX opens branches in Brazil and the United Kingdom

With the ninth branch in Campinas (São Paulo), HANSA-FLEX is further expanding its market presence. Campinas, one of the largest industrial cities in Brazil, now has the latest competence center for hydraulic, industrial hoses and hydraulic system solutions. Since November 21, six new employees have been fulfilling the customer requirements from the region. The branch is equipped with the most up-to-date pressing machines and an adequate stock that meets the various segments on site.

HANSA-FLEX Campinas is located in an easily accessible region and is able to provide technical and commercial support to other areas such as Sorocaba and Jundiaí. The tenth branch in São Bernardo do Campo is also nearing the opening.

HANSA-FLEX has been active in Brazil for 18 years and has continued to grow there ever since. The headquarter in Blumenau houses the central warehouse and the complete system for series production. Most recently, the eighth branch was opened in Porto Alegre in January 2017. Since then, customers in the South can order and pick up tubular goods.

For the second time this year, HANSA-FLEX in the UK can look forward to a new branch. To strengthen their colleagues at Heathrow, HANSA-FLEX gained on November 13th nine motivated colleagues from Horsham, West Sussex. The FLEXXPRESS fleet was expanded from three to eight vehicles. Thus, not only the region around Heathrow Airport is covered by the HANSA-FLEX Hydraulic Immediate Service, but also the entire region around Sussex, Surrey, Hampshire and Berkshire.

In order to meet customer requirements even more in the future, the new colleagues will soon move into new and larger premises. Form now on customers in the region around Gatwick Airport can also be supplied with HANSA-FLEX products and services.

New brochure on oil-related machine problems

Hydraulic fluid is much more than any fuel and is crucial for the planning, operation and maintenance of hydraulic systems.

Modern hydraulic systems are characterized by increased cycle times, temperatures and pressure stages, reduced gaps and more compact designs with smaller tanks and increasing rotational speeds. Therefore the demands on the quality and purity of the hydraulic oils have increased in recent years.

Today, more than 75% of all failures in hydraulic systems are caused by contaminated hydraulic oils. The timely detection of irregularities during the operation of the machine can save a lot of time and money. Often, the condition of the machine indicates first signs of contaminated hydraulic oils.

Our new brochure "Fluidmanagement kompakt" increases the awareness of the importance of hydraulic fluid to users and designers of stationary and mobile hydraulic systems and provides support in all questions concerning hydraulic oils. The brochure shows warning signs for contaminated oils, describes contamination causes and provides information on the correct choice of fluids.

The heart of the brochure is the 10 golden rules of hydraulic oil maintenance, which help to keep oils clean and to avoid machine failures.

You will receive your copy of the brochure "Fluidmanagement kompakt" free of charge in any HANSA-FLEX branch or by our service technicians.

Save your copy of the brochure in a shirt pocket format and contact us!
