Quality Assurance Agreement
HANSA-FLEX is certified according to ISO9001:2015 Quality Management, among others. To create a high and uniform understanding of quality throughout the supply chain, the HANSA-FLEX Quality Assurance Agreement applies to all suppliers.
The quality assurance agreement regulates the quality assurance measures in the relationship between the supplier and HANSA-FLEX. Its purpose is to achieve the required quality with a high level of safety and at minimum cost.

The Quality Assurance Agreement binds all existing and future contracts. It is an integral part of the HANSA-FLEX Conditions of Purchase.
